Welcome to SONIC ROAR. By accessing or using our services and website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using our website and software.

Product: SONIC ROAR

By creating an account or signing up for SONIC ROAR, you (“you,” “your,” “Client”) agree to the following terms:


1. Services

  • SONIC ROAR provides a proprietary platform to manage artist/band operations, client relationships, leads, and related marketing activities.

  • Features include dashboards, lead communication, follow-ups, calendars, reviews, and funnels.

  • App Build & Launch: Once checkout is completed, our team will build your custom app within 7 business days. After completion, you can schedule a launch call with us via a booking calendar to present the app and its functions.


2. Packages & Payment

You may choose from the following subscription plans:

  • Artist Starter: $49/month

  • Artist Pro: $149/month

  • Artist Elite: $249/month

  • Payments are billed automatically every 30 days via the payment method on file.


  • Payment information is securely stored for recurring transactions.


  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information for onboarding.


  • Maintain communication; if no contact is made for 30 days, we may assume services are no longer required and may terminate access.


4. Term & Termination

  • The agreement begins on the purchase date and continues month-to-month after an initial 30-day period.


  • Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the desired termination date.


5. Ownership & License

  • SONIC ROAR and all proprietary features remain the property of LEOCORE media.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use SONIC ROAR for your artist/band operations only.


6. Additional Services

  • Any services requested outside the standard package scope will be billed at $200/hour.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • LEOCORE media is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or non-performance of SONIC ROAR.


8. Disputes

  • Any disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.


9. Communications

  • Communication is via email, phone, and Zoom.

  • Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

  • Other times are available by prior written agreement by both parties.

  • Typical email response time: 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.


10. Changes to Terms

  • LEOCORE media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of SONIC ROAR after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


11. Acceptance

  • By checking “I agree” and signing up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
